I'm going to be playing around with my layout, I'm really stupid at it though, so expect some changes and some weird stuff to be happening....

Just a thought

Sometimes I get caught up in a frazzle, because I feel that there is so much to do that I am not doing.
Lately I take a minute though, and stop. I ask myself is all this stuff I feel I need to do important? To tell you the truth I often find that most of it is not.

So I'm going to try and not get so caught up in my crazy little world or feeling like I should be doing certain things, and focus on what is important.

This is a oldish outfit - I wore it when I was really hot but I really this top it's so purple and floral, and found this really nice shorts which I also love.

Plus in other news - I received these gifts in the mail from the lovely Em!

I have a huge obsession with great big rings at the moment which I will post some photos of later - so Em must have been psychic when she got me this lovely rose, plus pink! I love pink.
There are also plans for the grasshopper, he will be attached to a headband and can live in my hair! it will look so awesome I get a little jolly when I think of it! Look out for pictures when I'm done.

There hasn't been much happening in my world, work and cleaning, and a little bit of shopping. For some reason my world has been taken over with ruffles and lace, today I bought two things with ruffles, and two very lace infused items! I am becoming a very a proper lady it seems. Put that all together with the floral and pink obsession and I think that I may have a girly explosion on my hands!

New Year's Resolutions

Or should the title really be Resolution? I don't generally make these, I find that I never keep them and also that having to make resolutions about your life only once a year seems pointless to me. If you want to change something, it shouldn't matter when it is, just because the new year brings to mind imagery of new beginnings and all that jazz, doesn't mean it's the only time to make decisions about how you want to live your life. Although I can see how it could be an appropriate time - that is me trying to appease those who disagree so I don't offend people who think of New Year's Resolutions as something akin to religious traditions.

So after all that I do have one that I made, just to jump on the bandwagon.
Be kinder to everyone, myself included. Because everyone needs a bit of kindness once in awhile.

I'm Back!

Back from holiday, tired and just on the mend, I got sick the first day out and am just coming right now, man I have awesome timing...not!

Starting work tomorrow so just need a bit of time to re-energise myself.
