Simply having a wonderful Christmas time
I am off down south to Temuka tomorrow, So I will be out of touch for a little while, but after Christmas I will try to be a more prolific blogger, I have so much I want to write about but can't get my head straight.
So this is just a little note really to say I hope that you are all having a wonderful Christmas time and partaking in your Christmas traditions (lovely ladies down below in the last post in particular, thanks for sharing!)
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night

Summer days come and go
Wore this yesterday, when it was sunny. Today however, it is raining. This is summer in Christchurch I suppose. I want to get another pair of tights like this in another colour, and guess what? I can because I finally have some money!
On the agenda today - finally pick up my fabulous red shoes that I have had on layby, they are gorgeous expect pictures and much excitement soon. Then head to my friends for board games day! Oh and I have pick up a couple of Christmas presents for my mum. I got the passion fruit fudge yesterday for her (it is only sold round Christmas time in one of those temporary kiosks in the mall, but only one mall, and it changes each year!) which is a bit of a Christmas tradition for us.
We don't have that many Christmas traditions, although we follow the German way and we celebrate our main thing on Christmas Eve, and open our presents at midnight (my dad is German). But not this year because we are spending Christmas with my sister's partner's family, which I am not too keen on really.
What Christmas traditions do you guys observe? Anything really weird - I'm always interested.
Peace out my lovelies!

Couple of outfits
Long time no post about outfits, so here's what I've been getting up to lately. The weather changes so much though that I feel like I'm dressing for two different seasons.
This is what I wore to the movies the other day.
The top is from jayjays and the skirt is vintage, and the bitchin necklace I got from Egypt, apparently it's camel bone but I don't know how true that would be. The top has the most trippy print on it and is one of my favorites, but black gets so hot in summer!
Here is something a bit more laid back, usually I wouldn't be bothered about an outfit like this, but I am wearing a fab 70s smock top which is so lovely and gorgeous, I got it through a clothes swap and it rocks! I'm wearing it with high waisted jeans that I found recently which also rock! but somehow I forgot to wear my shoes for the shot...hmmm.
Wrapping is starting to get to me a little, I've been wrapping everyday since last Tuesday, so it's been about 10 days straight. While the shifts are only 3-5 hours, it begins to be a bit much.
I have the day off on Friday which is great though, I will be spending the time playing board games with my friends! I secretly love board games, and I'm quite good at them which is also great, because I secretly love winning, not that I'm competitive or anything...which I totally am.
Peace out my lovelies!
First ever bloggy award
I got this from the lovely Andrea. Isn't that neat? This is what it's all about:"This blog invests and believes in the PROXIMITY - nearness in space, time and relationships! These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in prizes or self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers! Deliver this award to eight bloggers who must choose eight more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award."
Well I'm not sure to pass this on too, and I think most of the people I would pass it on to already have had it! So I guess I'm giving it to everyone who reads this - there probably isn't 8 of you though haha! But I think that hopefully I've made some kinda a connection with a few of you and would love the share this with you! Sorry for the Hiatus - have been feeling like crap, but had the best sleep last night, and has made me want to take on the world!
Peace out my lovelies

I'm not dead
However, I have been engaging in very un creature of the nighty type activities, namely I have been smiling and making small talk with frazzled Christmas shoppers as I wrap their presents. It's good, although I've already had a few people whom I would have rather not wrapped for. So apart from wrapping, and sleeping, my life really hasn't been filled with too much....hopefully that will change soon - something exciting on the Horizon maybe?
Oh and as an aside, listening to Christmas songs, especially modern Christmas songs, on a loop does not put one in the Christmas spirit at all....how is your Christmas shopping going?
Peace out
P.S I have negleted some comments etc, I will get to these I promise as I love all you lovely people.

Ramblings of a mad woman
Had to go to the dentist last week as well, expensive to say the least. Lucky for me at the moment because of my lack of funds my mother is generous footing the bill for all my medical misadventures.
Hope your day is better than mine!
Peace out my lovelies
